Report a Problem During Winter Recess

The college is closed for Winter Recess.
TechHelp is closed from Tuesday, December 23 at 10 pm to Friday, January 2 at 8:30 am.

The Division of Information Technology is continuing the practice of upgrading technology services and performing critical maintenance over the winter recess when the college is closed. IT-supported services will be unavailable on the following dates: Friday, December 26, Monday, December 29, and Tuesday, December 30. View full details on our System Status page at it.fitnyc.edu/system-status. 

For IT support while the college is closed, please review our self-service articles. If you require additional assistance, please open a ticket and a technician will respond as soon as possible once the college reopens.

Reporting a problem to the Division of Information Technology is easy. Submit a ticket to TechHelp, and our team will attend to the problem as soon as possible.
