Information Technology Resources
FIT Google Workspace (Email, Google Drive, Google Photos, etc.)
- After you graduate from FIT, your Google Workspace account will provide email access only with limited storage.
- We provide our graduates with a 90-day grace period to transfer files or photos they wish to keep to an alternative storage location before access to all other Google Workspace applications, including Google Drive, and Google Photos, is removed and files are permanently deleted.
- FIT Google Workspace accounts not accessed for 18 months will be permanently deleted due to inactivity.
- If you need assistance accessing your FIT Google Workspace, view the step-by-step instructions.
Adobe Creative Cloud
- This service will be discontinued once you are no longer enrolled as a student eligible for Adobe Creative Cloud access.
- Students nearing graduation should save any work to alternative storage locations before graduation.
- As with Google Workspace, we also provide a 90-day grace period to transfer files to an alternative storage location before access is removed and accounts are deleted.
MyFIT
- If you are not registered for a class at FIT, you may lose access to MyFIT after four (4) months.
- We recommend printing and saving a copy of your Unofficial Transcripts for your records before losing access to MyFIT. You can order an Official Transcript; please view the Registrar’s Website at https://www.fitnyc.edu/academics/courses-and-registration/registrar/transcripts.php.
