How to transfer
The Transfer feature allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to another extension or outside number.

Keep the call you want to transfer active and press the button below where Transfer is displayed on the screen. (3rd Button)

Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call.

Press the button below where Complete is displayed on the screen (1st Button) to transfer the call.

Dial the first conference participant.

Press the phone button, press the button below Conf displayed on the screen (2nd button) when in an active call.

Dial the next conference participant.

When the person answers, press the button below Join displayed on the screen (1st Button) or large OK button on phone to add the person to the existing call.

To add another party to the conference call, press the button below Add.

Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to add another person to the conference call.

How to add a person on hold to a conference call

While on an active call, press the button below Conf displayed on the screen or Add if you are already in a conference call.

Select the call on hold you want to add to the conference by selecting the button to the right of where their extension is displayed.

Press the button below where Join is displayed on screen.

How to transfer a call
The Transfer feature allows you to transfer a call from your telephone to another extension or outside number.

To transfer the current call to another extension.

Keep the call you want to transfer active and press the Transfer button

When you hear a dial tone, dial the number to which the call is to be transferred.

Do one of the following:

To transfer the call without announcing it, either hang up or press Transfer again. The transfer is complete. If the transferred call is not answered within a preset time, it is returned to you.

To announce the call before transferring it, wait for the called party to answer. If the called party is willing to accept the call, press Transfer again to complete the transfer.

If the called party does not wish to accept the call, press Drop.
You can return to the held call by pressing its call appearance button.

If the line is busy or if there is no answer, press Drop.
You can return to the held call by pressing its call appearance button.
How to use the conference feature
The Conference feature allows you to conference other parties (including yourself) into a call.

How to set up a conference call

Dial the first conference participant.

Press the Conference button, the existing call is put on hold

Dial the next conference participant.

If the called party does not answer or does not want to join the conference, press the Drop button. You can return to the held call by pressing its call appearance button.

Press conference again to add the person to the existing call.

Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to add another person to the conference call.

To leave a conference, press the Drop button.

Keep the call you want to transfer active and tap Transfer from the screen (if you do not see the Transfer option, press the Phone button.

Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call.

Tap Complete on the screen to transfer the call.

To see a list of the conference participants, tap the Details icon on the Conference Call line and then either:

Tap a participant name and tap Silence to mute the person.

Tap a participant name and tap Drop to drop this person from the conference call.

Tap Refresh to refresh the conference details.

Tap Back to exit the conference details screen and return to the Phone screen.
