The Division of Information Technology regularly performs upgrades and maintenance on IT-supported services to improve functionality and prevent unplanned outages. We make every effort to schedule this critical maintenance when classes are not in session and when the college is closed. We are planning to schedule work Saturday, September 28–Tuesday, October 1 that may impact all IT-supported services. Please make appropriate arrangements.
IT-supported services include but are not limited to:
Banner (all Banner services)
Library databases – WGSN, Stylesight, etc.
Internet, cable, and phone services
Password reset and management
Every effort will be made to have the following IT-supported services available during these maintenance windows:
