Overnight maintenance by RCN, our Internet Service Provided (ISP), disrupted our network service speeds resulting in slow and connection interruptions for our VPN users.
We have worked with RCN to restore services and will continue to monitor.

We are investigating reports of lag time and connection issues with VPN and RDP.
