On Friday, January 10, Room C305B will no longer be the Faculty and Staff TechHelp location; front-line walk-in tech support will be consolidated to one location in the Feldman Center: Room C307A. This change is part of our ongoing effort to improve and streamline support processes to enhance the user experience across campus as announced in early December of last year.
All members of the FIT community are encouraged to request IT support or report a problem by opening a ticket at TechHelp.fitnyc.edu, by calling (212) 217-HELP (4357), or by visiting Room C307A in the Feldman Center. Classroom and lab support remains our highest priority. The current changes are intended to maintain the hardware, software, and audio/visual support you are familiar with across classrooms, labs, and the library.
