Phone services were interrupted due to equipment failure. The hardware was replaced, and services have been restored.

We continue to work to resolve a telecommunications service interruption. External outbound and inbound calling are currently unavailable on some FIT campus phones. Extension to extension calling is currently available.
We are working with our vendor to obtain details about the root cause of this outage and restore services as quickly as possible.

We are investigating reports of external calls not connecting. Individuals calling phones located in the Academic Buildings will hear a busy signal. It appears some but not all of the phones located in offices in 333 7th Avenue are not impacted.
