To better assist the FIT community, we have rolled out a new IT ticketing system including an improved self-service portal. The self-service portal will allow us to keep track of your requests and respond accordingly. We will use the key data to tailor the technology services to your needs.
With the self-service portal, you will be able to report issues, open requests and check their status. The new portal features a more modern and user-friendly interface making it easier to engage with TechHelp.
To use the new self-service portal, go to TechHelp.fitnyc.edu and log in with your FIT username and password, no need to create a new login or password!
