We continue to experience interment disruptions to service. We are working with the vendor to restore and stabilize all services.

Some individuals may be required to log in to their phones; please follow the instructions below.
How do I log into my phone?
1. Log in from the initial screen when it prompts you for your extension
2. Enter your extension in 7XXXX format
3. Press Enter
4. Enter 1234
5. Press Enter
Additionally, individuals with network drives not mapping should reboot their computer to be reconnected.
Update: We are experiencing an extended downtime of the internet and some phones at 333. We are working on resolving and restoring services.
On Thursday, April 18 from 7–9 am, we will be performing the necessary steps to migrate the phone services for 333 FIT Offices to the new infrastructure. During this time, IP phones and wired and wireless internet services would be unavailable or have intermittent interruptions.
