The TechHelp Ticketing System will be unavailable for Emergency Maintenance until approximately 4:30 PM. During this time individuals will not be able to check the status or create new tickets using the Self-Service website at techhelp.fitnyc.edu. Individuals can send emails directly to email@example.com and new tickets will be auto-generated or they may contact TechHelp. TechHelp and other IT units have made arrangements to address outstanding tickets while the upgrades are being performed. New tickets will be tracked and entered into the ticketing system after the upgrades are complete.
