The Division of Information Technology is continuing the practice of upgrading technology services and performing critical maintenance over the winter recess when the college is closed. IT-supported services may be unavailable on the following dates:
- Tuesday, December 26
- Wednesday, December 27
- Thursday, December 28
IT-supported services that may be affected include, but are not limited to:
- Banner (all Banner services)
- Visitor management
- Library databases – WGSN, Stylesight, etc.
- Password reset and management

Every effort has been made to have the following IT-supported services available while maintenance is conducted:
Blackboard (FIT’s Learning Management System) – Go directly to https://fitnyc.open.suny.edu
G Suite (Email, Drive, Doc, etc.) – You can access your FIT email by going directly to https://mail.google.com
