The Division of Information Technology regularly performs upgrades and maintenance on IT-supported services to improve functionality and prevent unplanned outages. On Sunday, December 16, from 1:30 to 10 pm, we will be applying mandatory patches and updates. During this time, IT-supported services that will be affected include, but are not limited to:
- Banner (all Banner services)
- Visitor management
IT-supported services that are not expected to be impacted include:
- Internet, cable, and phone services
- Password reset and management
- G-Suite Apps including Email, Drive, Docs, etc.
