Update: Our Networking team is working to restore services to a few individuals that have indicated they are having issues with their phone and hard-wired internet connections. If you reboot your phone and that does not resolve your issue, please contact TechHelp@fitnyc.edu or 212-217-HELP.
Our Networking team will perform mandatory upgrades beginning Tuesday, November 6th at 11 PM, during this time internet connection and phones will be unavailable in the following locations.
Pomerantz Building All Floors – November 6th 11 PM-Midnight
Goodman Center All Floors – November 7th Midnight – 1 AM
If you are unable to connect after maintenance is complete, please try rebooting your phone by disconnecting the cords in the back of your phone then plugging them back in.
