The pages that appear on the left-hand side of MyFIT after you sign in are dependent on your role or roles at FIT. Please review the explanations below to find the correct resolution.
Your Student Page will automatically appear 48 business hours after the following has been completed.
- You have been accepted to FIT
- You have paid your tuition deposit
- Your tuition deposit has been processed by the Office of the Bursar. Deposits are processed within 24 hours; if received during business hours.

The following pages will appear based on your role at FIT:
- High School (Pre-College)
- Employee – (Faculty & Staff)
*An employee receives a paycheck from FIT; Resident Assistants, Leadership Ambassadors, Orientation Leaders, Student Monitors, Tutors and other Student employees may receive an Employee page.
You can have more than one role at FIT; therefore, you may have more than one role page.
Example: You work and take classes at FIT then you will have a Student and an Employee page.
Student employees NOT registered for the CURRENT semester will NOT have a STUDENT PAGE.
Example: If you are a student employee (RA, Leadership Ambassador, Tutor, etc.) and it is the Winter Semester but you are not registered for a class until the Spring Semester, then you will only have the Employee page, you will NOT have a Student page because you are not registered for the Winter Semester. The Student page will reappear shortly before the Spring begins.
You can still access bill payment, grades, housing application and other information via the Employee Tab and click on Online Information System.
