Who to contact for questions about your bill or how to pay your bill?
Bill Payment is managed by the Office of the Bursar. The Division of Information Technology will not be able to answer questions about your bill. Don’t have a student tab?
Bill Payment can be accessed via the Employee tab for RA’s, Student Ambassadors and other Student employees – just click on the “Pay Student Account and View E-Bill link under Online Resources on your Employee page. Read I Don’t Have a Student Tab for more information.
When logging in directly to the epay website, using a mobile device browser or the FIT Mobile App, please use the following login information.
FIT ID: Your FIT ID number including the @ symbol
Password: Your Date of birth in this format MMDDYY; example 021491
