Bi-Tech Purchasing System (Windows)
There are two courses available for learning FIT’s purchasing system: Bi-Tech

Users must be authorized to access the Bi-Tech Software prior to training. For more information on authorization please see our FAQ on Bi-Tech.

1. New User Training (including workflow entry):

Users who have not been to any training, have never used Bi-Tech, or have had limited experience.

This training class will include: system log in, navigation, accessing reports, generating purchase requisitions (including Aramark orders), vouchers, attaching documents to your requisition, and submitting your requisition/voucher.

2. Budget Transfers and Store Inventory:

Users who have been to training and have used the system but would like a “refresher”. This training class will include: budget transfers, stores inventory, and an open question session.
