A Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP” or “SOPs”)
Is a set of instructions that outline recurring activities carried out by the Division of Information Technology, a unit of IT or is a function of IT.
Have you identified a procedure that needs to be documented? Have a new procedure?
Any IT Employee may submit a Standard Operating Procedure and be an SOP Initiator by completing the SOP Proposal Form.
TIP: If you are not ready to submit your SOP you can make a copy of the SOP Proposal Form Template and draft your responses before submitting.
