The Division of Information Technology regularly performs upgrades and maintenance on IT-supported services to improve functionality and prevent unplanned outages. On Monday, Feb. 19, when the college is closed for Presidents Day, we will be performing critical hardware and preventative maintenance from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During this time, IT-supported web services may be unavailable or experience disruptions.
IT-supported web services include, but are not limited to:
MyFIT (including grades, bill payment, and registration)
Banner (all Banner services)
Library databases — WGSN, Stylesight, etc.
Password reset and management
Additionally, we will be performing network upgrades and preventive maintenance in multiple buildings. During this work, IP (internet protocol) phones and wired and wireless internet services may be unavailable or have intermittent interruptions in the following locations:
Dubinsky Student Center, Seventh Floor
Marvin Feldman Center, Sixth Floor
