On Monday, July 17 from 7 AM to 4 PM the Division of Information Technology will be performing upgrades to Web Help Desk the online ticketing system. During this time individuals will not be able to check the status or create new tickets using the Self-Service website at techhelp.fitnyc.edu. TechHelp and other IT units have made arrangements to address outstanding tickets while the upgrades are being performed. New tickets will be tracked and entered into the ticketing system after the upgrades are complete.
TechHelp support will be available during the upgrades via phone, walk-in or email.
