We are continuing the practice of using FIT’s winter recess to upgrade technology services and perform critical maintenance on our major systems. All IT services may be unavailable from Tuesday, December 27 through Thursday, December 29 between 7 am and 7 pm.
IT services include but are not limited to:
- Banner (all Banner services)
- Visitor management
- Library databases – WGSN, Stylesight, etc.
- G Suite apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
- Internet, cable, and phone services
- Password reset and management
