We know no one likes to wait, that is why we are happy to announce that starting December 8, 2014, our menu options when you call TechHelp will be shorter. Previously, it took a 1 minute 45 seconds before you heard the option to speak to an IT Support Technician, now it will take less than 30 seconds!
Even better, to help you get to right option faster, we have published our new menu options.
You can bypass the menu by pressing both digits for the option you want.
If you are a Student that needs help with your Login for MyFIT – you can Press 1 then 2 to be connected to an IT Support Technician.
If you are Faculty that needs help in a computer lab – you can Press 2 then 2 to be connected to Academic Computing.
